Manchester based PFI Group are delighted to announce that it has agreed to acquire the production operations of Grafenia plc in a £3m+ deal.
As part of the £3m+ deal, PFI will acquire Grafenia’s subsidiary, Works Manchester Limited (formerly Image Everything) as well as the business and assets of Grafenia Operations Limited, the respected wide-format and commercial print hub based in Trafford Park, Manchester.
The company will enter into a five year supply agreement under which Works Manchester will continue to manufacture and supply products to Grafenia’s Nettl and Printing.com partner network.
